Host your own private candle-making experience in our space. Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, girls’ nights, team gatherings, or any special celebration.This booking reserves the studio exclusively for your group for a total of 3 hours.

What’s Included

• Private studio reservation for 3 hours

• 1-hour guided “Melt, Color, Fragrance + Pour” candle workshop

• 2 hours of open social time (before and/or after your workshop)

• All candle-making materials

• Up to 8 guests included

Pricing: $500 with additional add ons

Guest Count

• Base package includes up to 8 guests
• Additional guests are $40 per person
• Maximum capacity: 10 guests

Final guest count must be confirmed prior to your event

Timing & Arrival

Your reservation includes:

• 45 minutes early access for host setup
• 15-minute guest arrival grace period
• 3-hour reserved party time
• 30 minutes after for breakdown

Please note:• The workshop will begin at the scheduled start time.
• If guests arrive late and the workshop start is delayed, additional time will be billed accordingly.
• Additional time beyond your reserved 3 hours is billed at $70 per hour.

**We recommend encouraging guests to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full experience.

Additional hours may be added at $70 per hour (subject to availability and billed in 30 min increments).

Important Notes

• A deposit is required to secure your date. (Deposit secures your date and is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date within 60 days.)
• Final balance is due prior to the event.
• Space must be cleared by the end of your reserved time unless additional hours are added.
